Here’s something almost nobody says out loud: what stops people from sharing their first piece usually isn’t the piece itself. It’s the fear of what people will think. The one thing every maker is secretly afraid of.

What if it looks amateur? What if someone picks it apart? What if I post it and nobody responds?

That fear is why so many beautiful first attempts never leave the workbench. Which is a shame! Your first pendant or first resin pour is something to be proud of. You made a thing with your hands that didn’t exist before.

A real maker community isn’t a place to get critiqued. It’s a place to get cheered on.
