Description
Join award winning polymer clay artist Doreen Gay Kassel and learn how to take your polymer clay pod making techniques to the next level.
Everyone loved Doreen’s first class, Creating Organic Pods, so Doreen is back to show more pod shape possibilities!
In this class, Doreen will demonstrate her techniques for creating pods with a specific look.
Watch step-by-step how to sculpt and mold the polymer into shapes that copy both nesting plants and pods. Shapes covered include: String Bean, Pineapple, Pomegranate and a Crater surfaced pod. Watch and discover how to apply cut shapes, scratched surfaces, and torn clay for a stunning pod finish. Many of these techniques can be used and applied to your other polymer projects.
Please note: This class will only cover making pod shapes.
To learn special oil painting techniques, please purchase Doreen’s first pod making class where she goes into great detail the importance of underpainting and layering of color to create a pod of depth and richness.
As always, a Live Q&A with participants is included!
